I'm a high school student in Loudoun County, Virginia. I started The Health Huddle because young athletes deserve injury prevention info that's accurate and easy to understand.

I bring in real experts, ask them the questions athletes my age care about, and turn their answers into short lessons and a show. I also run free injury prevention sessions for local teams, classes, and camps.
