Where
Loudoun County, nearby, and online

Ground rules
Safe, simple, and honest
- A coach, teacher, or parent stays for the whole session.
- We teach prevention. We don't diagnose or treat injuries. An athlete who is hurt should see a doctor or athletic trainer.
- We never collect athletes' names or personal information.
- Our lessons are checked against guidance from the CDC, the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and other medical groups.
Questions
Good to know
Does a session really cost nothing?
Yes. Sessions are free. If your team or league wants to support the program, donations help cover materials and travel, but they're never required.
Who leads the sessions?
Vihaan Garg, a high school student in Loudoun County and the founder of The Health Huddle. He builds the Body Lab lessons and hosts our interview show, which features a doctor and a fitness expert.
Is this medical advice?
No. Sessions are for education, like a health class. For an injury or a medical question, talk to a doctor or athletic trainer.
Where do you hold sessions?
In person anywhere in Loudoun County, including Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Brambleton, South Riding, and Purcellville, and often in nearby Fairfax and Prince William counties. Online sessions work anywhere.
How far ahead should we ask?
About two weeks ahead is ideal, especially during the season. If you need something sooner, send a request anyway and we'll try to make it work.
Can parents come?
Of course. We also run short sessions just for parents and coaches.
What do we need to have ready?
A space where athletes can move around, 30 to 45 minutes, and a coach or teacher in the room. For a classroom, a projector or TV helps.
